Following the mobilization of several University partnerships and additional donor support, the 博彩平台排名 Gateway Project focuses on four key areas: elevating people, elevating Midtown neighborhoods, 安全, and connection. The University will 工作 closely with community stakeholders to envision and jointly undertake significant community development efforts to create more vibrant places in which to live, 学习, 工作, 和玩耍.

Founder’s College

Opening in fall 2025, Founder’s College at 博彩平台排名 University offers affordable, career-focused two-year associate degree programs for Central Indiana students with financial need.

University House

博彩平台排名 has received a gift from Jay and Christie Kile Love to fund the construction of a new University House. It will serve as both a prominent, inviting venue for hosting fundraising and other community events and a home for future 博彩平台排名 presidents.

Ross Hall Hotel

Through a partnership with Curio Collection by Hilton, 博彩平台排名’s Ross Hall will be transformed into a boutique hotel. This hotel will include over 100 rooms and offers a full suite of amenities including a restaurant and meeting spaces.
